Terms, Conditions, and Policies

For Introductory or Advanced Strategies Courses

1. Registration is required PRIOR TO the event (preferably 2 weeks+ prior to the course start date) and is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If registration is received by JGS less than 2 weeks from the course start date, receipt by the participant of the provided course materials is not guaranteed. (Please contact Kim Hogan directly at (480) 563-5588 to request RUSH shipping if desired.) All outstanding balances MUST be paid & received by JGS prior to course dates. Registrants with any unpaid amounts due when the course begins will not be able to participate in the course.

2. Payment is refundable up to 14 days prior to the event start date, less a $75 processing fee.

3. A confirmation email will be sent with directions and course details approximately one week prior to the Course start date.

4. Fees include access to training materials/handouts for participants. A WRS Introductory Set (Steps 1-6), 4th Edition is NOT included, however. We encourage you to purchase your set directly from Wilson Language Training® (found online at store.wilsonlanguage.com) and bring it to your class.

5. Training will NOT be recorded. For virtual courses, the registrant MUST attend the live videoconference event (via Zoom). The training will NOT be recorded.

6. While we make every effort to conduct professional learning events on the dates and locations advertised, they are subject to change without prior notice. Wilson® and JGS reserve the right to change or cancel a professional learning event due to low enrollment or factors beyond our control. We will attempt to notify registrants to limit customer inconvenience but we are not liable for any expenses incurred.

For Practicums

In the event that a participant needs to cancel their practicum enrollment, a full refund will be provided, less a $150 processing fee, if notification is given within 30 days after the registration date. After 30 days from the registration date, no refunds will be issued.

All Level I practicum requirements must be completed within 12 months of the practicum start date. All Level II practicum requirements must be completed within 15 months. If an extension request is necessary the participant will have the opportunity to request 1 extension if the minimum requirements for the request are met. The request will incur a $50 processing fee.
