Athletics: Home of the Jaguars
The Jones-Gordon Athletics program develops the interest of all athletes wanting to participate while maintaining academic success and growth. Regardless of experience or skill level, our program is designed to benefit each individual student-athlete’s understanding of sportsmanship, teamwork, competitive balance, and what it means to be truly successful in the game as well as in life.
Programs offered vary by year, as determined by student interest. Many Middle and High School sports are run through Canyon Athletic Association while others are offered as intramural programs.
Additionally, we are proudly registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center, enabling JGS student-athletes to be eligible to play college sports!

At The Jones Gordon School, students can participate in a variety of after-school clubs each quarter. These clubs create opportunities to explore new interests, strengthen skills, and build community in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
Offerings change throughout the year based on student interest. Choices may include eSports, Play Club, and other engaging activities that provide something for every learner.

The Jaguar Service Club
Open to all JGS students, the Jaguar Service Club is dedicated to making a positive impact on our school and community. Members meet twice a month during lunch to plan events, support school initiatives, and volunteer at JGS functions—including opportunities beyond school hours. This club fosters leadership, responsibility, and a strong sense of service. Jaguar Service Club members will model and promote our JGS core values through consistent participation and meaningful engagement.
