Specials Director and teacher Shawna DeLaura has her hands in every area of the JGS campus. She thrives when working directly with students, whether that be leading cooking classes, assisting individual students with study and organization skills, or supporting academic success. Ms. Shawna has a passion for anything related to creativity, and you may even hear her referred to as ‘the next Martha Stewart.’ Shawna has an inherent ability to bond with students of all ages, and can always be counted on to be a voice of love, logic, and reason whenever a student is having a tough day.
