Scholarship Opportunities

School Tuition Organizations

School Tuition Organizations (STOs) are non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations that provide tuition scholarships to students in grades K-12 attending qualified private schools in the state of Arizona. Scholarships are made possible by the generous support of individuals and corporations, who receive a dollar-for-dollar credit on the Arizona state income tax they owe, up to annual allowable limits. More information on Arizona’s STO tax credit program, view the short video below, or visit this page on the AZ Dept. of Revenue website.

A large number of our students receive tuition assistance via scholarships from various STOs, including (but not limited to) the following qualified organizations:

Empowerment Scholarship Accounts

Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program allows parents to withdraw their children from public schools (district or charter) and provides them with a portion of their public funding to pursue flexible options for customizing their children’s education.

Intended to expand educational opportunities outside of the public school system, families of qualified students may use the public funding for a wide range of personalized education expenses, including private school tuition, tutoring services, and more.

Complete information, including how to qualify, is available on the Arizona Department of Education’s website.
